In addition, Senate Bill 90 allows certain students served in Texas public schools to receive a diploma under very limited circumstances from another state through the Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children (TEC 162.002). Appendix H presents changes necessary to implement TEC 39.053(g-1) and TEC 162.002.
